Pylorus Of Stomach
MUCOSA
Lined by simple columnar epithelium. Mucous of pylorus shows gastric pits which is deeper and occupies 2/3 rd of thickness of mucosa.
LAMINA PROPRIA
Filled with glands called pyloric glands, which consists of mucous secreting cells and few parietal cells.
SUBMUCOSA
Composed of loose connective tissues.
MUSCULARIS EXTERNA
Same as that of fundus.
